Join me and a small, intimate group of like-minded women for a day of connection, learning + creative process for powerful personal growth.
We will gather at the Phases of Change Studio in Brandon, Vermont. This is an ideal event for women who are ready to:

Our day together will feature learning about ourselves through the lenses of Internal Family Systems (or IFS) and the Sacred Feminine.

Our Creative Process:
TEXTILE CYANOTYPE
As we learn to meet ourselves differently with new ideas + meditative processes, we'll also be writing, art journaling + creating CYANOTYPE images on textiles.
We begin with sheets of cotton sateen that are treated with photo-sensitive liquid and dried. We then 'collage' onto the fabric with natural elements, objects, paper-cut silhouettes and more. We witness the exposure of our collages in the sun, then rinse them and watch as the photo-developed images come up.
Cyanotype is metaphorical, powerful and deeply engaging. There are no limits to what we can portray, discover and learn through this deeply meaningful process. In our afternoon session we will journal and have the option of learning to stitch on our Cyanotypes for additional narrative
