If you’re navigating a transition—between goals, identities, seasons of your career - you’re not alone. I’ve walked that path and know it well. And the tools I teach now are what kept me from disappearing inside the roles & choices I’d outgrown.
Phases of Change is a mentorship & education practice for women pursuing more impact, abundance & alignment between their path and true purpose.
I’ve spent over a decade immersed in transformational spaces: domestic violence advocacy, my own private practice, method development & education, emergency mental health & sacred feminine spiritual practice.
I have trained with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute and am a Level 2 IFS Therapist. After years of treating trauma, I closed my clinical practice to work with women beyond the baseline of wellness, into identity redefinition, spiritual growth & business pivots that require both soul and structure.
The approach I use today is a natural, powerful integration of art, ritual & leading-edge psychology. I interweave apparent opposites because I believe - based on my own path and years of guiding others - in alchemizing masculine & feminine approaches into a sacred third... Something the world desperately needs now.
Resonance Life Navigation is my contribution to that need. It is my way of pushing back against the idea that we have to choose between spiritual depth & efficacy, between evidence-based & sacred, between mainstream & mystery.

Why I do this work:
I spent years building a life & business the world's way —one that was palatable, marketable, and externally validated. But it wasn’t aligned with my real purpose, and nothing could change that.
When I couldn’t change who I am to fit that business model, I changed the business model to fit who I am. It's been one of the most important transitions of my life, but it took time, inner struggle & outer stumbling to get clear on what this looked like.
Phases of Change, once the name of my clinical practice, has been re-born of my decision to stop editing out my deepest passion & knowledge just to fit a societal mold.
The unique & powerful support found here is for women ready to bring the full force of their experience - intellectual, emotional, intuitive - into the way they live & serve the world.
