A powerful, in-person retreat is included as part of this immersive program, and this time together is created for connection, deepening of the practices we have learned and celebration of the new pathways we are forging, individually and together.
7. A Lifelong, Integrative Practice for Personal & Professional Development
You will emerge from this program with the skills and confidence to navigate within, love what's "in the way" and lead from your highest, Sacred Self. You'll be guided in developing a daily (non-religious) spiritual practice, skills to use art as a way of knowing, and ready to alchemize masculine & feminine leadership concepts into your own, unique 'sacred third'.
Not only will you leave knowing this work for yourself, you'll be ready to weave it into your work in the world.

Inside the Program: Structure & Flow
(limited to 13 women)
Here, we believe that it doesn't have to be hard. The time commitment ranges from 3-5 hours per week, but this container is designed as a place you'll long to be - foregoing scrolling, noise & nonsense for connection, nourishment & riffing on world-change with other likeminded women.
Here's what to expect:
• Weekly Live Touchpoints — Weekly live group sessions, alternating between teaching & demos of Internal Family Systems sessions. (Teaching session recordings shared, demos with permission).
• Private 1:1 Sessions, bi-weekly — For the deepest experiential learning, each member has 1:1 IFS Sessions with Charity bi-weekly for 4 out of the 5 months of the program.
• Weekly "Tea-time" — Weekly drop-in space for real questions, real parts-talk, and consultation on your inner work or client scenarios. Live, open time to haul it all in and dish.
• Ceremonial Gatherings — Seasonal sacred feminine circles where we pause the teaching and tend the deeper rhythms — integrating what’s shifting beneath the surface.
• Resource Library — An exclusive library of recorded sessions, downloadable guides, and a self-paced core curriculum that supports everything we explore & learn live.
• Private Community Forum — A space for connection, reflection, and peer support, held to the highest standards of safety and integrity. Get reflection & feedback from Charity and the other wizened women in our circle, open 24/7.
• A Luxury In-person Retreat — The crown jewel of our time together: an in-person retreat for 4 days & 3 nights of deep connection, ceremony, demo-sessions, gorgeous food, art and immersion in nature.
