A Missing Piece

There is a quiet form of grief many accomplished women carry - one that is rarely named or understood.

It emerges when their deeper truth is left out of the work they lead and the lives they've built.

Why this work exists:

There is a point many women reach where what once worked no longer does.

They may have checked all the boxes - built careers, led teams, supported others, created something meaningful. And yet internally, something feels incomplete.

Not broken, but misaligned.

Not failing, but no longer fully alive.

What’s often missing isn’t more strategy. It’s not more effort, or another credential or certification.

It’s relationship. Specifically, the relationship they have with themselves.

Most leadership models focus outward, on strategy, evidence, performance, influence, growth.

Women are taught:

⟶ To override their inner signals and function on the world's (crumbling) norms.

⟶ To lead from external authority rather than internal gnosis & coherence.

⟶ To perform: produce, respond, and manage - often at the expense of something deeper.

Over time, this creates a critical rupture: between who they are & how they lead. This disconnect festers over time, leading to depletion, numbness and a performative kind of inner obstruction.

We westernize and accept this rupture as "burnout" but it's not about doing too much. It's about not doing enough of what makes you feel truly alive, aligned and in resonance with the impact you came to make.

Resonance Life Navigation™ exists to mend this rupture. It is built on a simple but often overlooked premise:

The quality of your leadership is a direct reflection of the quality of your inner relationship.

When that relationship becomes unburdened and more integrated...everything changes.

Decisions become more easeful, and clarity is at the ready.

Leadership becomes well received, integrative, more confident & steadier.

Impact becomes more precise, fulfilling and sustainable.

This work is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about resonating with the inner truth, wisdom & capacity you already contain.

Because the world will not be remade by women who are depleted.

The world will be remade by women who are whole.

What is Resonance Life Navigation?

Resonance Life Navigation™ is a unique radically different approach to change that I’ve developed over many years of practice and study. At its heart, it brings three distinct lineages into union:

  • Internal Family Systems TM (IFS): a complete, theoretical & practical model for understanding the many “parts” within us and the innate Self that can lead with clarity, confidence & compassion.

  • Expressive Arts: creative practices that allow what words cannot capture to come into form - through many modes of visual, written, spoke or embodied expression.

  • Sacred Feminine Practice: non-religious spiritual practices that connect us to the divine within, in each other and beyond, honoring presence, ritual, and the cyclical nature of life.

Each of these strands is powerful on its own. Woven together, they create something new - a “sacred third” way of approaching change.

One that supports individual, professional & collective wellbeing, together.

Who this work is for:

This work is for women who have built something successful: a career, a business, a meaningful body of work...and find themselves unexpectedly unfulfilled. Whether they seek to refine or fully pivot in their work, they're at a crossroads an unsure how to proceed.

They sense something more is possible, even inevitable for them, but cannot fully name what’s missing or how to move forward without disrupting what already works.

Beneath this is often a learned pattern of overriding their own internal authority in order to meet external demands.

Resonance Life Navigation™ addresses this directly.

Grounded in the leading-edge psychology of Internal Family Systems, and infused with Expressive Arts and Sacred Feminine practices, this approach cultivates inner relationship, personal evolution, and a more resonant, aligned and Self-led way of being.

This is not a temporary intervention.

It is a lifelong practice of cultivating and maintaining Self-leadership - so that clarity, direction, and impact are sustained from within.

Three Strands, Interwoven:

Internal Family Systems TM (IFS):

Internal Family Systems, or IFS, is an evidence-based, leading-edge framework for change that harnesses inner diversity, self-compassion and the respectful negotiation of the outcomes we want. Having worked with this model for nearly a decade, in my private therapy practice and in personal & spiritual development, I've yet to find a better approach for understanding what's "in the way", and what to do about it.

Expressive Arts:

Art is a way of knowing and a powerful means to externalize and process without the need for words. Expressive Arts practices open channels for new communication and give us the opportunity to chronicle our journey of change while also reflecting on, and being guided by, what we find.

Sacred Feminine Practice:

Spiritual but non-religious, and rooted in historic women's traditions from pre-Christian times, this work focuses on communion with the natural world, attunement with lunar cycles and (not unlike IFS) the liberation and empowerment of our truest essence.

Why this Union Matters:

The union of these three ideologies makes it possible to work with complexity in a way that is both rigorous and soulful.

  • IFS provides structure and psychological grounding.

  • Expressive Arts brings freedom, imagination, and embodiment.

  • Sacred Feminine Practice anchors the work in meaning, ritual, and connection with the divine.

Together, they allow us to navigate change with more than strategy alone. They offer a way of working that is both transformative & sustaining - for ourselves, for the people we serve, and for the systems we are shaping.
